Auslese is a term meaning a selection of very ripe grapes, making an exceptionally rich and concentrated wine, with high levels of sweetness. This late havest riesling has a nose of of ripe apricot, peach, pear, mango, and honey, with a sweet, fruity character & a refreshing finish provided by lipsmacking acidity.
